Looking ahead, The Mustard Seed NZ Charitable Trust is committed to expanding our impact. Our dream is to establish safe accommodation for abused women and children—a secure place of refuge where healing can truly begin. This vision is more than simply providing shelter. It is about creating a haven of peace, filled with compassion, faith, and practical support. A place where women and children can rebuild their lives with dignity, surrounded by care, encouragement, and hope for the future.
One of the ways we support children is through a specially written book by Fabienne Olausson. This book helps children find the words and courage to speak about abuse, breaking the silence that so often hides their pain.
Designed as a resource for teachers in schools, it opens safe conversations in classrooms and equips educators to recognise warning signs. With its gentle but powerful message, it has the potential to save a child's life by giving them a voice.
At The Mustard Seed NZ Charitable Trust, we believe every act of kindness has the power to restore hope. We walk alongside those who have suffered abuse, offering support that meets both practical needs and the deeper journey of healing. Through faith, love, and community.
We offer free workshops and coaching for women who are suffering from, or recovering after, abuse. "The Journey to Self-Discovery & Healing" is a safe and supportive program designed to help women rebuild confidence, find their voice, and take steps toward a brighter future.
